Cheshire Golden Brie
A unique golden smooth cheese, with a slight tangy taste and gentle aroma. Made just 2 miles from the Alvanley Arms using the rich golden milk from the Tiresford world renown prize winning herd of Guernsey cows born and bred just outside of Tarporley.
Nantwich Blue
A recent addition to the blue cheese family launched at the worlds largest cheese show at Nantwich Show in July 2008. This new cheese is a soft and creamy continental style blue cheese with a spicy finish, ideal if you want an indulgent blue cheese without the harshness of Stilton.
Shropshire Blue
Shropshire Blue has a flavour somewhere between Blue Cheshire and Blue Stilton. Made in a similar way to Stilton, it is a soft cheese with a sharp, strong flavour. Orange in colour with blue veining, it enjoys a slightly tangy aroma.
Windsor's Farmhouse Cheshire
Made on Windsor's farm in Whitchurch from prize winning Holstein Friesians. Cheshire cheese is dense and semi-hard with a moist, crumbly texture and mild, salty taste derived from salt deposits in nearby pasturelands. Cheshire is one of the oldest cheeses around - it even gets a mention in the Doomsday Book.
Greens of Glastonbury Mature Farmhouse Cheddar
This is a firm, close textured, smooth body cheese with a creamy pale yellow. Authentic farmhouse Cheddar doesn't leave the farm from the moment the milk arrives from the parlour until it's ready to cut and pack. Originally matured in the 15th Centruy in Somerset's Cheddar Gorge caves, our Cheddar comes from Cheddar!
